Choosing an integration

WhatsApp API or a campaign workspace: choose the right workflow

Searching for a WhatsApp API often means you want to connect messaging to another system. Searching for a campaign tool may mean your team wants to prepare and review messages in a browser. Define the job first: these are different purchasing decisions.

When an API integration fits

An API is useful when another application must trigger or process messaging events. An order system, support platform, or customer relationship manager may need an integration rather than a person operating a campaign page.

Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform offers business messaging APIs and supports direct or partner integration. Check the current official documentation for onboarding, supported features, and messaging terms before planning an implementation.

What SSDATA currently provides

SSDATA combines business research, Excel exports, a private workspace, and campaigns through an account that the customer connects. Its subscription is for those application features.

SSDATA does not currently sell official WhatsApp Cloud API credentials, provision a Meta Business Platform account, or offer a public customer API integration package. A campaign subscription should not be purchased on the assumption that it includes those services.

QuestionWhat to establish
Who operates the workflow?Your team in a browser, or another application through an API?
What will you receive?A workspace subscription, an integration project, or platform access?
Who owns the account?Make the business account and number responsibilities explicit.
What are the ongoing costs?Separate application subscription costs from any external platform costs.
How is messaging permission handled?Agree how recipient consent and stop requests will be recorded.

Choose based on a concrete requirement

If your immediate need is to research businesses, organize a list, and prepare messages for an agreed audience, review the SSDATA workflow and plan details. If you need events, webhooks, or system integration, describe those requirements to a provider that actually offers the relevant API service.

Ask for a written scope and verify the claimed platform relationship. A brand name on a website does not by itself establish official partner status. Use the official platform resources linked below to check available integration paths.

Questions before you start

Can I buy WhatsApp API access from SSDATA?

Not currently. SSDATA subscriptions provide the application features described on the site, not official Meta Cloud API credentials or a public API package.

Is the SSDATA campaign workflow an official WhatsApp API reseller service?

No. Treat it as the connected-account workflow described in the application and accepted agreement, rather than a claim of Meta reseller or partner status.
