Start with the business you actually want to reach
Choose a category that describes your potential customer. A bicycle supplier might search for bicycle shops; a food distributor might start with restaurants. A broad search such as “business” makes it harder to judge relevance.
For example, begin with “Toko Sepeda” in one city. Review that first set of results before expanding the geographic area. This is a workflow example, not a promise about how many businesses a search will find.
Run a search in SSDATA
- Sign in with an active subscription and open your workspace.
- Enter a business keyword, choose an available region, and set a suitable results limit.
- Tick the human verification checkbox and complete the Cloudflare check.
- Start the search and review its progress before reading the results table.
- Use the search and contact filters to narrow the results to businesses relevant to your offer.
Review the details before treating a result as a lead
Depending on what is available, a result can include a business name, address, phone number, rating, and a Google Maps source link. Missing contact information stays a gap to investigate; it is not evidence that a business cannot be contacted.
Open the source when a detail matters to your decision. Public listings can change, duplicate entries can exist, and a phone number may be outdated. A listed phone number also does not establish permission to send a WhatsApp campaign.
Keep a useful review trail
Save the search you want to revisit and download Excel when you need a separate working copy. Record why each business fits your target, when you checked its contact details, and whether you have a permitted way to start a conversation.
A small, reviewed list is easier to act on than an unqualified collection of numbers. Search results are a starting point for research; SSDATA does not guarantee complete market coverage, responses, or sales.
Questions before you start
Can I find every business in an area?
No. Availability depends on the search, source listings, and the selected area. Review the results and check important details against the source.
Can I immediately message every phone number I find?
No. Finding a public number is separate from obtaining permission. Use WhatsApp campaigns only for recipients who have agreed to receive your messages.
