From an integration idea to a workflow your team can use
Start with a business goal, then choose the API
An API is useful when it removes a real obstacle: repeated data entry, disconnected tools, slow handoffs, or unclear follow-up. Instead of starting with a technical shopping list, tell us where your team loses time and what a better workflow would look like.
For example, a sales team may need location-based business research inside its CRM. A customer-facing team may need a way to send expected updates and route replies to the right person. An agency may need a repeatable client workflow. Your goal shapes the proposed solution.
Google Maps API: put location information where your team needs it
We can discuss integration requirements for place search, available business details, map interfaces, and location-based application features. The proposal identifies the data fields, target regions, expected request volume, and system that will receive the results.
Official Google Maps Platform projects require the appropriate customer project, billing setup, access controls, attribution, and permitted data use. API data availability and storage permissions depend on the selected service. A custom integration discussion is separate from the standard SSDATA search subscription; API keys or unrestricted data resale are not bundled into it.
WhatsApp API and campaigns: make the next conversation easier
A useful messaging workflow gives every message a purpose and every reply a destination. Discuss customer updates, permission-based marketing, enquiry handling, templates, and handoff to your CRM or support team. Bulk campaigns should reach people who have agreed to hear from your business.
Where an official WhatsApp Business Platform integration is proposed, business onboarding, eligible numbers, template approval, provider terms, and usage charges must be reviewed. The existing SSDATA connected-account workspace is a different workflow. Availability of a custom API project is confirmed in a written proposal; it is not an already-provisioned official API account.
Choose outcomes your team can measure
Agree a starting point and a practical success measure: less manual entry, faster assignment of enquiries, a clearer recipient-permission process, more complete campaign reporting, or a tested connection between two systems.
Your project scope can include requirements mapping, an integration design, a limited pilot, agreed implementation deliverables, handover guidance, and a support arrangement. Exact endpoints, features, timelines, and acceptance checks are confirmed after review. No specific sales result, reply rate, or unrestricted sending capacity is promised.
A clear proposal before you commit
B2B projects are quoted individually. Share your intended use, existing systems, expected volume, target countries, preferred timeline, and budget range if you have one. We can then discuss what is feasible and what should be included in a proposal.
The quotation should distinguish implementation work, any ongoing service or support, and third-party usage costs. A standard workspace subscription is not a custom API development contract. Work begins only after scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, and payment arrangements have been agreed.
Build a partnership with the right boundaries
Use the service for legitimate, permitted business activity. Customer permission, privacy, source rights, and access security remain part of the project requirements. Narcotics and their derivatives, fraud, gambling, and other prohibited or haram transactions are excluded under the SSDATA agreement.
SSDATA.ID is an independent service. References to Google Maps and WhatsApp describe integration needs and do not imply an official partnership, provider certification, or guaranteed approval. Review the relevant provider resources when planning your project.
